training today and it's great even though today we have a new "relief" coach. Legs cramped while doing some hoppings. I think it's getting even more serious... Hope it wont affect my westzone competition.

So, today had SS for the 1st period and it was great! first lesson of SS and i love it. Ms suhati *i dont know how to spell her name* wrote down 6 question and we were to choose one of it and do.
